The Fairmont Dubai is a 37-floor hotel tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, completed in 2002. The tower has a total structural height of 153 m (501 ft). The hotel is managed by the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts brand.There are about 394 guestrooms adorned with granite floors and rich fabrics.

Fairmont Dubai tenders around 10 restaurant and bars offering mouthwatering delicacies accompanied with an array of drinks. Spectrum on One, Exchange Grill, Cafe Sushi, Cascades, Kitsune, Bridges, Cavalli Club, Cin cin wine, Pronto cafe, Sol Juice Bar and the Cigar bar, are a few of the restaurants and bars nested inside.
